BritishPopSongs is a trendsetting UK/Scandinavian record label started 2010 that releases records at a fast pace from some of the most innovative main stream artists around in 2014. Each of them provides other than real catchy and well-written songs destined for both alternative and mainstream radio, a strong reputation for being much deeper in thought and far less superficial than most chart-bound acts today.
“All the currently ten acts on BritishPopSongs individually has more than a few things that they wish to communicate to the world and that coupled with sgreat tunes place themselves somehow a bit apart from most modern music in 2014. It’s good to write hit songs, it’s good to be a success, but it’s simply brilliant to couple it with missions in life, things that you actually wish to communicate with the world”

There is a nagging feeling that the real scope of BritishPopSongs UK is only widening on a daily basis and that from 2014 onwards, we are going to hear so much more from these guys.
BritishPopSongs UK has gained the reputation as being somewhere to look for quality indie/pop for young people as well as grown ups that likes that their fave artists got something to say for themselves, but artists that also holds a real knack for coming up with a good tune, that little something extra that you will make you reach for the repeat button as soon as the song ends.
“Becoming a true rock star is something you don’t apply for, “Ian explains, “it’s a bit like be the chosen one. You simply become one whatever it was your intention or not. It’s like you got a phonecall out of nowhere saying that you have won the ‘international become an overnight sensation’ and that you now are on the road to stardom. With it goes all that is good and not so good about fame.”
and he continues,
“You can then blow it all one long party, drug-fulled all nighters with scores of people you actually don’t know or you can take then sensible route, work hard and yes ofcourse party along too. Being a rockstar is a 24/7/365 thing, and you better get used to it.”
Stain Summer is such a rockstar although he is largely fictious. He is a regular at the red carpets, something that has loves: “There is real sense of walking into the unknown when you attend wsuch events in cities that you don’t do often, who are you going to meet tonight.”
“The best of advices,” Ian concludes, “is that do never ever blow it, it will be something that you would live to regret.”
The vocalist from A Modern Man is more than happy that his London record label BritishPopSongs UK has chosen the Czech Republic for a full total of 5 single releases over the next 12 months.
His label manager relvealed only last week when opening their new office in Berlin, Germany, that so many fans suggested the Czech Republic that eventually he ended up being well excitied about the idea of taking his beloved new act there. As first single LIBERTY will release there the 1st of August, BritishPopSongs PR people has since worked hard on finding the best radios and journalists there.
Initially the Radio.WAVE station was personally chosen as the first radio because of their cool and progresive attitude to music.
The Czech Republic will be among the first European countries to see a release from “A Modern Man”.
A Modern Man is showcasing what you could label the NEW SOUND OF LONDON, a kind of bittersweet soundscape where songs meets lyrics with depth and nerve.
BritishPopSongs UK are planning concerts there later in the year, although still well secret about it, however it is certain that “the Modern Man” will arrive in Prague for interviews in September.
